I have no idea what I did

Somehow I managed to unlink all of the pictures of Natalia, so now I have deleted the post.
I am hoping someone in my family will send me more pictures so I can show more.

For now my life is returning back to its normal routine of physical therapy, work, home, sleep, dogs and husband. Which leads me to today...

Dave I am very proud of you.

I seem to have a husband who not only puts up with the crazyness of my family, but manages to keep me sane. He makes me smile and laugh no matter what is happening. I am proud of him today as he is starting a new job that he really wants and has worked very hard for. Good luck!
I love you, elaine.

Technical difficulties

I seem to be having some technical dificulties with the previos post, so if you don't see the pictures don't worry.

I will get it all figured out tonight. More pictures of Natalia to come.

Monday Morning

Hello all!
It is Monday, MLK holiday for some, a regular work day for those like myself.

I had a wonderful weekend and must say Andrea's wedding was great! It was beautiful and so filled with love and happiness. I just couldn't have imagined it any other way...

I of course got home yesterday afternoon and today I had to work. All I can think of is how much I would rather be home with Dave.

I know some of you read my blog often and I want to say thanks. I know my writing is not the best or most poetic out there, but I promise to keep you entertained for some time. Now you all have to do me a favor and start commenting on my blogs. Otherwise, I am going to get frustrated and stop writing.

I hope you all have a wonderful day. I promise to write more later.

Andrea's Weddding

Tomorrow night I am attending a special wedding.
The wedding of Andrea and Lee.

Andrea is a good friend of mine who I met in college. One of my fondest memories is when we went to the US Virgin Islands together. It was an amazing couple of days. Where not only I could remember my stomping ground as a kid, but I could also share it with such a great person. I could say so many good things about her however I will stick to the one that makes me laugh.

Andrea is a kind hearted, wonderful person who has taught me one very important lesson, she hates the run-around (I could use harsher words, but you can say them). Unfortunately, I guess this rubbed off on me, cause not only do I not have a tactful way of saying things sometimes, but I can't stand it when people give me the run-around. So my dear friend, I owe that to you. You will always have a special place in my heart.

Although, I must admit I think I am a bigger klutz than you are.

I know that Andrea and Lee will be very happy together.
I wish them only the best!

Have a great weekend!

We did not win

So we didn't win the lottery and now I sit at work.

Wouldn't it have been nice... I think we had it all planned out the last detail. We knew exactly what we were doing with the $$ but I guess imagining is as good as winning?

I don't think so!

Yet, I there will be plenty more times to try.
I am anxiously awaiting chiquita. I guess she is too comfortable.

Today is just another day, which is good because some days I love how ordinary my life can be and then I realize I am far from ordinary so I should admit my life is not ordinary at all. It finally feels like winter here. Welcome cold windy days!

It is 2007!!!

I have so many things from 2006 that I will never forget. It is 2007 now and I need to start a new year.

We have enjoyed the wonderful weather!

It is only a few days till chiquita arrives. I am sure she is very comfortable in Merci's belly, but hey listen in there we want to meet you. I plan on being the best aunt out there, and for the first time Dave will have a niece that he can enjoy. Yes, Pedro Ignacio, this does not mean we will ignore you, as you will be the best nephew we have.

I can't wait!!! Between all the preparations and everything else it is getting very exciting.
Fortunately for Merci, I am not the one who keeps calling and asking her if she has had any contractions...

The next few weeks prove to very exciting. I will be making my way to Andrea's wedding and Dave will be making his way to his cousin's wedding. It proves to be a very exciting MLK weekend. Although, I am working on Monday.

I hope you are all having a great day.
